Product Overview
CedaGlo RFID Token Tags are designed for projects that need a small, durable and easy-to-deploy RFID identity carrier. Unlike a paper label, a token tag can be supplied as a PVC coin, ABS patrol checkpoint tag, transparent PET film token or custom epoxy-finished token. Depending on the chip selection, the tag can support 125 kHz LF identification, 13.56 MHz HF RFID, NFC smartphone interaction, read/write memory, UID identification or encoded user data.
The product family is suitable for both indoor and semi-outdoor deployment. Typical uses include access control points, security guard patrol checkpoints, reusable equipment tags, membership tokens, NFC interaction cards, asset labels and inspection point identification. CedaGlo can customize chip type, diameter, hole position, adhesive backing, surface printing, UID/serial data and packaging for OEM and project-based orders.
Why Buyers Use RFID Token Tags
Small token-style form factors fit doors, devices, cabinets, tools, inspection points and membership items.
LF, HF and NFC chip options allow matching to legacy readers, RFID modules or NFC-enabled smartphones.
Adhesive backing, plain token, center-hole and anti-metal options can be selected according to installation surface.
PVC, PET, ABS and epoxy structures help protect the chip and antenna during repeated handling.
Supports logo printing, UID/serial number, barcode/QR code, URL, text, app data and EPC/UID encoding where applicable.
Suitable for access control, property patrol, asset inspection, membership programs and distributor stock projects.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is an RFID token tag?
An RFID token tag is a compact RFID transponder supplied in a coin, disc, patrol checkpoint or transparent film format. It contains a chip and antenna that can be read by a compatible LF, HF, NFC or project-specific reader.
What frequencies and chips are available?
CedaGlo RFID Token Tags can be supplied with LF 125 kHz chips such as TK4100, EM4100, EM4200 and T5577, or HF / NFC 13.56 MHz chips such as F08, NTAG213, NTAG215, NTAG216, FM213, FM215, FM216 and ICODE SLIX / SLIX2. The final protocol depends on the selected chip.
Can NFC token tags be read by smartphones?
Yes. NFC token tags using compatible 13.56 MHz NFC chips such as NTAG213, NTAG215 or NTAG216 can be read by many NFC-enabled smartphones. Actual performance depends on phone model, antenna size, tag construction and installation surface.
Can the token tags be used on metal surfaces?
Standard RFID and NFC tags may lose read performance on metal. For metal applications, choose a suitable anti-metal coin/token structure or confirm the installation surface with CedaGlo before production.
What sizes can be customized?
Common diameters include Ø13, 15, 18, 20, 22, 25, 28, 35, 40 and 50 mm. Custom diameter, shape, thickness, center hole, adhesive backing and special surface finish can be quoted according to project requirements.
Can you print and encode the tags before delivery?
Yes. CedaGlo can provide logo printing, UID or serial number printing, barcode and QR code printing, URL or text encoding, NFC data writing and customized packaging based on project needs.
