Who We Are
CedaGlo Group is an RFID and NFC source factory founded in 2009, combining chip-level expertise with factory-level control. Our founding team came from Fudan Microelectronics, one of China's leading RFID chip designers, and brings first-hand experience across chip R&D and the wider RFID application ecosystem. That is why we can advise on chip choice, memory, encoding and security before production starts, and then build the product in our own Shenzhen plant.
Our RFID portfolio covers smart cards, RFID tags, credentials, readers, antennas, and customized hardware solutions. We provide professional smart card solutions for global card manufacturers, supporting customized chip configurations, dual-interface and multi-frequency technologies, as well as various materials including eco-friendly options. Our RFID tags are designed for demanding applications, including ultra-small and ultra-thin designs, flexible inlays, on-metal tags, outdoor use, and high-temperature industrial environments.
Beyond traditional RFID products, CedaGlo develops customized identification solutions for emerging commercial applications, including NFC interactive products, event wristbands, and personalized RFID credentials. Through flexible customization in materials, printing, and manufacturing processes, we help customers create products that connect physical items with digital experiences.
Working closely with system integrators, distributors, and project partners worldwide, CedaGlo delivers complete RFID hardware solutions from identification media to readers and antennas. Our Own Production Lines
Cards, inlays, tags and devices are produced on nine automated lines we own and staff, in a five-storey, 10,000 m² Shenzhen plant with 200 skilled employees. Direct control is what lets us commit to a delivery date and accept changes mid-production.
International Standards
CR80 card bodies follow ISO 7810 and ISO 7811, contactless products conform to ISO/IEC 14443, and UHF tags and inlays follow EPC Gen2 (ISO/IEC 18000-63). Products work with the printers, encoders and access systems already installed in your operation.
OEM and ODM Customisation
Chip, frequency, substrate, dimensions, encoding, serialisation, artwork and retail-ready packaging are specified per order. Private-label programmes run from prototype to repeat production. Orders start from 1 piece, and unit prices step down at each volume tier.
Automated Antenna Embedding
Ultrasonic wire embedding holds coil geometry constant across a run, and inlay sheets are read-tested before lamination. Consistent geometry is what delivers uniform read performance from the first unit to the last, whether the run is a few hundred pieces or several million.
Craftsmanship
Antenna winding, lamination, printing and encoding are refined continuously, so finished goods meet our own standards and those of the industry they serve. Every new design is approved on a pre-production sample before the run starts.
Quality Control
Certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO/IEC 27001. Every stage from incoming material to final inspection is controlled, and the acceptance record for each order travels with it through all six stations.
Logistics
Packaging is specified for the route each order actually takes, by air, sea or express, with moisture-proof and anti-static packing where the product needs it. Cartons and labels can carry your own branding, and condition on arrival matches condition at release.
After-Sales Service
Troubleshooting, encoding assistance, replacement parts and scheduling of repeat runs continue after delivery, with replies within 8 hours. Encoding data and production settings stay on file, so a reorder matches the first batch exactly.

Offset Printing on Heidelberg Presses
Card and ticket artwork is printed in CMYK offset on our Heidelberg Speedmaster sheet-fed presses, then laminated and finished on the same site. Presses of this class are why colour stays within tolerance between a first order and a repeat order two years later — and why we hold registration on small text, security backgrounds and rainbow printing.

Our facilities produce the full RFID hardware range under one group: RF modules and antennas, prelaminated inlays, smart cards, smart tags, wristbands, handheld and fixed readers, and the gateways and IoT platforms behind them.
Every stage from die cutting to final read testing is carried out on equipment we operate, which is how quality, lead time and customisation stay under our control rather than a supplier's.
