A 5.7-Inch Rugged Handheld Your Team Can Carry All Shift

A 1440 x 720 display, a 5000 mAh battery, and a body rated for multiple 1.5 m / 4.92 ft. drops to the concrete.

The C90 runs an octa-core 2.0 GHz processor behind a 5.7-inch IPS LTPS panel at 1440 x 720, so a scanning task and the web app your team already runs sit together on one device. Three memory builds are offered: 3GB + 32GB, 3GB + 64GB, and 4GB + 64GB. Every other row of the configuration sheet is identical across the three, including the 5000 mAh main battery, IP67 sealing, and the optional 2D imager built around Honeywell N6603, N6703, or CM60 engines. The touch panel is Corning Gorilla Glass and stays usable with gloves and wet hands. Android 10/14 arrives with GMS, Zero-Touch, and SOTI MobiControl support.

Overview

The C90 is a rugged handheld computer built around a 5.7-inch 18:9 IPS LTPS display and an octa-core 2.0 GHz processor. It measures 158.5 x 76.0 x 13.1 mm / 6.24 x 2.99 x 0.52 in. and weighs 230g / 8.11 oz. with the battery in place, which keeps it a one-handed device across a full shift.

What separates the three builds is memory alone: 3GB + 32GB, 3GB + 64GB, and 4GB + 64GB. Radios, sealing, imager options, keypad, and cameras do not change between them, so one software image, one accessory list, and one set of acceptance tests cover the whole fleet. Local storage stretches further with a Micro SD (TF) card of up to 256GB.

Barcode scanning is optional and uses Honeywell N6603, N6703, or CM60 imagers. The touch panel is Corning Gorilla Glass, the NFC front end reads ISO14443A/B and ISO15693 at 13.56 MHz, and positioning covers GPS with AGPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo on an internal antenna. Android 10/14 arrives with GMS, FOTA, Zero-Touch, Android Enterprise Recommended, and SOTI MobiControl support. Explore the full range of rugged mobile computers.

A Closer Look at the Hardware

Rear cameras and flash set into the top of the CedaGlo C90 back cover

Rear cameras above a textured coverThe 16MP and 2MP rear cameras sit beside the flash in one plate at the top of the back cover, clear of the palm. The cover itself is textured over its full height, with a recessed slot near the base.

Left and right edges of the CedaGlo C90, each with a yellow scan key

A scan key on each edgeThe keypad puts one of the two scan keys on the left edge and the other on the right, so left- and right-handed users reach the same control without changing grip. Volume and power sit higher on the right edge, away from the scan key.

Top edge scan window and bottom edge USB Type-C port of the CedaGlo C90

One port, centered on the bottom edgeThe USB Type-C port is centered on the bottom edge with the speaker grille to one side and a microphone opening to the other. The imager window is set into the top edge, above the rear cameras.

Why Buy the C90 From CedaGlo

Named parts, not adjectives

Every part we quote is named on the configuration sheet: Honeywell N6603, N6703, or CM60 imagers, a Corning Gorilla Glass panel, an octa-core 2.0 GHz processor. Look each one up with its own maker before you sign.

Built to your order sheet

Memory, radio band set, and the optional imager are chosen at order time, so the units that land on your dock match the build your team signed off on. Band sets for Europe, Asia, and America are listed above.

Try it before you commit

Ask for a sample and run it against the labels you actually print, the network you actually operate, and your back-end client for a full week. Sample availability and shipping terms are agreed up front, before anything ships.

Supported for the long run

Spare part supply, repair turnaround, and warranty length are written into your order. Units on Android 10/14 take FOTA and 90-day security updates, so an estate deployed this year stays on one managed baseline instead of drifting apart.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far does one charge actually get me?

The main battery is built in at 5000 mAh. Standby reaches up to 490 hours on the main battery alone, up to 470 hours on Wi-Fi, and up to 440 hours on 4G. Continuous use is over 12 hours, and the configuration sheet qualifies that figure as depending on the user environment. A dead battery recharges in 2.5 hours using the standard adaptor and USB cable.

Which of the three configurations should I order?

Memory is the only value that changes. 3GB + 32GB suits a device that stays in one application all day, 3GB + 64GB leaves room for a second one beside it, and 4GB + 64GB is the build to pick when several applications stay open at once. All three take a Micro SD (TF) card of up to 256GB, so local storage is not the deciding factor.

Which components are inside the C90?

Barcode scanning is optional and uses Honeywell N6603, N6703, or CM60 imagers. The touch panel is Corning Gorilla Glass and the processor is octa-core at 2.0 GHz. The NFC front end reads ISO14443A/B, ISO15693, NFC-IP1, and NFC-IP2 at 13.56 MHz over a 2-4 cm range. Positioning uses GPS with AGPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo on an internal antenna.

How long can I keep buying and updating this model?

The platform is Android 10/14 with GMS, FOTA, Zero-Touch, and 90-day security updates, and both SOTI MobiControl and SafeUEM are supported for fleet management. Production lifetime, spare part availability, and the last date for firmware support are confirmed against your order, because those are commercial terms rather than figures from the configuration sheet.

How rugged is it, and under what test conditions?

The body is sealed to IP67 per IEC sealing specifications and rated for multiple 1.5 m / 4.92 ft. drops to the concrete across the operating temperature range, plus 1000 falls of 0.5 m / 1.64 ft. at room temperature. Operating temperature runs from minus 20 to plus 50 degrees Celsius and humidity from 5% RH to 95% RH non condensing. These are the manufacturer design figures transcribed from the configuration sheet.

How is a deployed fleet serviced?

Firmware moves over the air through FOTA, and policy is pushed with SOTI MobiControl or another SafeUEM-compatible tool, so a device does not have to come back to a bench for a software change. A Charging Cradle and a Lanyard are offered with the device. Repair turnaround, warranty length, and spare part terms are set out with your order paperwork.
