The CG-SW-045 carries its chip in a pocket rather than molded in: a 1.8 × 17.2 mm slot opens into a 29.8 × 20 mm chamber in the thicker center of the 231 mm strap, so a tag or inlay can be inserted, swapped or reused in a new band. The strap is 20.9 mm wide, 4.7 mm thick at the pocket, and closes with a metal stud through ten ringed holes. LF, NFC, MIFARE and UHF tags all fit. Factory pricing is US$0.40 to 0.95 per piece for 100 to 999 pieces, standard colors are in stock, and 5,000 bands take approximately 7–10 days.

Dimensions and Tag Pocket
The stud on the loop end presses into one of ten ringed holes, which hold it firmly on adult wrists. Tag insertion is done before issue: the tag slides through the side slot and sits flat in the chamber, held by the silicone.
Because the tag is not molded in, the same strap model can be supplied with different chips for different systems, and a lost or damaged band can be replaced while the tag is kept.

The 29.8 × 20 mm pocket takes standard round or rectangular tags up to approximately 1.8 mm thick, including UHF inlays and dual-frequency tags. We supply the strap with tags already inserted, or empty for buyers who fit their own; UHF read range is confirmed with your tag and reader on a sample.
