The CG-SW-044 holds its chip in a pocket instead of molding it in: a 35 × 21 mm chamber inside the strap, opened through a 2.5 × 19 mm slot, takes an RFID tag that can be inserted, swapped or removed. Operators reuse the band season after season, change tags when a system is upgraded, or issue the strap first and add the credential later. The two-layer strap comes in contrasting colors, closes with a metal snap and adjusts to most wrists. Factory pricing is US$0.40 to 0.95 per piece for 100 to 999 pieces, standard colors ship from stock, and 5,000 pieces are ready in approximately 7–10 days.

Dimensions and the Chip Pocket
The metal snap presses into the 3.5 mm holes on either side of the pocket, so the strap adjusts on adult and teen wrists while the pocket stays on top of the wrist, facing the reader.
Tags enter through the slot on the inside of the strap and sit in the 35 × 21 mm chamber, where the silicone closes behind them. To change a tag, it is pushed back out through the same slot.

Logo, Color and Encoding
The two layers can be molded in any pair of colors; the speckled finish shown is one of the options. Logos go on the outer layer beside the pocket, and tags are supplied encoded and numbered, inserted or packed separately. Every tag is read-tested before packing.
