The MC50 brings 5G data, barcode scanning and NFC together in a single body, so a picker or a driver carries one device instead of three. Two configurations are offered: the base MC50, and the MC50 with 2D scanner, which adds a factory-fitted Zebra engine driven from the two scan keys. Memory is ordered separately at 4GB + 64GB, 6GB + 128GB or 8GB + 128GB, and both configurations accept all three. The parts are named in full, from the Zebra SE4710, SE4750, SE55 and CM60 scan engines to the Corning Gorilla Glass touch panel. Everything runs on Android 12/14 with GMS and AER, developed in Java with Eclipse or Android Studio.

The MC50 is a 5G handheld for teams that spend the shift on their feet and want a single tool to cover the whole job. A 6-inch 1440 x 720 display in an 18:9 ratio leaves room for a line-item list and a keypad at the same time, the octa-core 2.0GHz processor is paired with up to 8GB of memory and 128GB of storage, and the 5000mAh main battery lifts out of the back without tools.

What separates it from a phone in a rugged case is the data-capture side. A Zebra scan engine is fitted during the build, with two dedicated scan keys wired to it, and the NFC antenna works at 13.56MHz across ISO14443A/B and ISO15693 at a range of 2 to 4cm.
