The CG-SW-002 is a one-piece silicone RFID wristband made on our own molds: a 16 mm band that widens into a 32 mm round head, where the chip is sealed in. The round head is the largest flat area on a closed-loop band, so it holds a full-size LF, NFC or MIFARE coil and has room for a UHF inlay or two chips. Standard colors ship from stock, factory pricing is US$0.28 to 0.75 per piece for 100 to 999 pieces, samples start from 1 piece, and 5,000 wristbands are produced in approximately 7–10 days.

Dimensions and Fit
Laid flat, the CG-SW-002 measures 104 mm from fold to fold. The loop slides over the hand and rests on a typical adult wrist, and because the band is one closed piece, it is ready to wear the moment it is handed over.
The molding seams sit at the two ends of the flat band, away from the head, so a logo on the round face or along the band is never interrupted by a seam line.
