The CG-SW-008 has no head at all: a flat silicone band 17 mm wide, molded as an even closed loop with the chip sealed inside the band. With no head breaking the surface, both faces of the band are open for printing, so text and artwork can run all the way around, as on a classic promotional bracelet. LF, NFC and MIFARE chips are available; factory pricing is US$0.28 to 0.75 per piece for 100 to 999 pieces, mixed stock colors ship from stock, and 5,000 bands take approximately 7–10 days.

Dimensions and Print Area
The band keeps the same 17 mm width all the way around, so it looks like a standard printed silicone bracelet and sits evenly on adult wrists. The two seam marks sit at the folds of the flat band, outside the print panels.
Because the chip is molded into the band instead of a head, the band can be worn either way round; readers pick up the chip wherever it faces.

In a flat band, the chip is a compact tag molded along the band rather than a coil in a head. That suits NFC links, MIFARE Classic or Ultralight credentials and LF readers; UHF and dual chips belong on our models with heads.
