The CG-SW-026 is molded in two layers of silicone in two colors, such as the blue outer face and dark grey lining shown, with a wave-edged inner layer and a metal snap closure. Its 26.5 mm strap carries a long, flat chip area, which lets a UHF inlay stretch along the band; on the wrist it reads at approximately 2 to 3 m with a fixed reader, the longest range in our silicone range. Factory pricing is US$0.35 to 0.90 per piece for 100 to 999 pieces, standard color pairs are in stock, and 5,000 straps are ready in approximately 7–10 days.

Dimensions and Chip Area
The metal snap presses into one of the holes along the tail, so the 260 mm strap adjusts on adult wrists of every size. The two layers make the band slightly thicker and stiffer than single-layer straps, which keeps the chip area flat on the wrist.
Between the layers, the chip area runs along the strap rather than sitting in a small head, and that extra length is what gives the UHF inlay its range.
