RFID Laundry Tags

A laundry tag has to survive hundreds of industrial wash cycles, so CedaGlo builds a few different formats to match how garments are handled. UHF textile laundry tags sew directly into linen and uniforms; silicone laundry tags add extra waterproofing for hospital and hotel textiles; PPS button coin tags are built for high heat and repeated tumbling; and woven nylon and satin ribbon labels offer a low-profile sewn-in option for finer garments.

RFID Readers

Staff use handheld RFID readers to sort and count garments in bulk at intake and dispatch, usually the first device a laundry facility adopts. Fixed RFID readers installed at sorting stations or wash-line entry points scan every item automatically as it passes through, with no manual handling required.

Antennas & Automated Sorting

For large-scale industrial laundries, panel antennas integrated along conveyor lines let automated sorting systems identify and route each garment by tag, cutting manual handling further as volume grows.
